According to Trapeze Networks, it is deploying more than 3,000 access points in Hangzhou, allowing the city’s 6.5 million residents to access nonstop wireless networking.
More than half of the Wi-Fi products, solutions and services used in Hangzhou’s Wi-Fi Metropolitan Area Network will be provided and managed by Trapeze Networks and Commnet. More than 3,000 Trapeze Networks’ Mobility Point access points, together with Trapeze Networks’ Mobility Exchange WLAN controllers and RingMaster management software, will be deployed in phase one.
