According to the company, Complex Drive will become a part of American Internet Services (AIS) family with no changes made to either company’s existing staff or management team. As a result of the new partnership, AIS will gain expertise in all departments.

Joe McMillen, CEO of Complex Drive, said: San Diego customers will have access to company’s each services through this new partnership. Complex Drive and AIS have stood together in San Diego and together these two groups will create synergies that will bring greater benefits to the Southern California region.”

AIS recently announced the opening of its new data center, a SAS 70 Type II certified facility offering carrier-neutral data center services. The addition of Complex Drive reflects AIS’ commitment to the San Diego market and to providing resources in support of its customers’ infrastructure needs.
