NEC Electronics will also join MontaVista’s Linux Support Package certification program and will provide LSPs for MontaVista Linux Professional Edition using the MontaVista Linux Board Support Toolkit.

The two companies also announced that they are to work together to discuss the potential joint development of an integrated development environment for multi-core processors.
