Juniper Networks and Ruckus Wireless have collaborated to offer open, wired and wireless networking solutions to the enterprise, government and education sectors.
The technology alliance will offer a unified wired and wireless solution and deliver proven, carrier-class network performance, resiliency and scale to mid-size and large enterprise customers.
The companies will bring together Juniper’s EX Series Ethernet Switches with Ruckus’ ZoneFlex access points and SmartZone management platform.
Additionally, Ruckus Wireless 3+1 SmartZone clustering and Juniper’s Virtual Chassis technology lowers the number of logical wired and wireless devices for management and automation.

Gartner estimates that global end-user investment on enterprise wireless LAN equipment will increase to $7.8bn in 2019 from $5.3bn in 2015.
