IBM makes online commerce smarter with Watson

News: Merchants will be able to use their own words to explore trends in their data.

IBM upgraded its online seller Commerce Insights platform Watson Analytics.

IBM launched Commerce Insights to gvie online merchants category and product performance.

Merchants are now promised real-time customer behavior and market factors.

Commerce Insights sits on top of the user’s storefront and provides visilbility on products, categories and landing pages as they appear to shoppers with embedded performance data in a single view.

Users can use their own words to explore data trends.

IBM Commerce general manager Deepak Advani said: "In today’s data-driven world, teams must be plugged into the pulse of their business and markets at any given time to assess performance and identify new opportunities in the blink of an eye.
