Encore Computer Corp, Fort Lauderdale, Florida is looking after the int-erests of its Gould Computer Systems users with a Systems Technological Enhancement Programme that provides a migration path for users of the older systems, enabling them to be enhanced rather than replaced. Under phase one of the four phase plan, users of the Concept/32 and Series 32 real-time minis will get an on-site audit to decide what their replacement needs are, and replacement of disk drives, tape drives, control-lers and memory, custom software system support, custom hardware system support, hardware system certification, and support for vendor-supported products will follow.
