Updates from the CRM solution will now appear as activity stories in the Yammer Ticker. The Microsoft Dynamics integration can follow activities around accounts, opportunities and campaigns. If a deal is closed by an employee, managers can now see it as it happens in real time.
The new integration also allows Yammers search engine to find needed information in Yammer and application integrated into yammer; working with cloud and behind firewall applications.
Yammer’s integration of Perks, Sciforma, Senexx, UpMo, and UserVoice cloud software providers adds deeper social capability for users of the social enterprise network. Some new features through the new cloud applications include a social talent engine which recommends users for upward mobility and employee of the month nominations.
"Yammer is delivering on its vision to be the social layer across all systems of record," said David Sacks, CEO of Yammer. "With this robust partner ecosystem, we’re providing our users with the ultimate collaboration experience."
Earlier this month Yammer acquired the UK start up OneDrum which allows office documents to be worked on collaboratively.
The acquisition of the UK based software company allows Yammer to have desktop sync features that enables file folders to be shared across multiple desktops by users.
Yammer also raised $85m in its fifth round of funding last month, bringing its total to $142m.
