Leslie Maerov, the company’s current CEO, will resign from his position but will retain the role of president. Clifford Bouillet will continue to serve as COO of Urban Communications and its subsidiaries.

Mr Klippenstein brings with him 30 years experience in executive positions in Canada and the US, predominantly in technology and satellite broadcasting industries. Formerly a vice-president of marketing and sales for American Express, he was also an original founder of Expressvu in Canada and served as founding president & CEO of AlphaStar Television Network. Most recently, he has led the Vancouver Practice of The Osborne Group, a management consulting and interim executive firm.
