Information technology company Unisys has sold Unisys Insurance Services (UISL) to Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services.
UISL, which is headquartered in the UK and has operations in Liverpool and Bournemouth, provides business process outsourcing services to the UK life and pensions industry.
Unisys specialise in helping clients secure their operations, increase the efficiency and utilisation of their data centres, enhance support to their end users and constituents, and modernise their enterprise applications.
