Telecommunications provider Telefonica and Samsung have signed a partnership agreement to support enhanced service delivery to their customers globally.
The partnership leverages Telefonica’s expertise in digital and communication services and Samsung’s expertise in electronics and technology to provide better services to customers.
Under the agreement both the companies will collaborate in marketing, presales, bid management, product and services, global project management, device management and customer services and operations.
Both the companies will also cooperate each other across marketing and sales, including joint operational processes and protocols for commercial collaboration and tracking.
The partnership delivers joint product and service development for specific markets and the expansion of mobile device management capabilities and applications.
Samsung Electronics Enterprise Business Team senior vice president BumCoo Cho said bundled with specific industry applications, the partnership will generate positive upside revenue growth from traditional enterprise businesses.
"While Telefonica has remarkable access to global enterprise customers, this partnership will deliver a new and innovative customer experience along with clear business case fundamentals, which is yet to be seen in the market," Cho said.
