Former England rugby captain Lewis Moody is using Airbnb to rent out his house while he’s attending the Rugby World Cup.
A tongue-in-cheek advert on the house-sharing site lists a "beautiful and spacious family home" in Bradford on Avon and emphasises the presence of rugby posts and rugby balls, with the ad even suggesting that Moody will offer guests "a few rugby pointers."
He goes on to tell guests that anyone bringing a Wales or All Blacks shirt will not be allowed in the house, that "any chanting of the Haka will not be tolerated" and to demand "compulsory singing of ‘God Save The Queen’ at 8am every morning."
The ad also emphasises the presence of satellite TV and promises the guest "full access to the house…garden and the television remote."
Moody’s comedic turns are combined with genuine information and requests for guests, such as rules forbidding pets and descriptions of the property.
The house is offered for £150 per night from 21 to 27 September, with the rental fee being donated to the Lewis Moody Foundation in support of the Brain Tumour Charity.
