Palm launches unlocked Centro smartphone in US

Palm, a provider of handheld and mobile devices, has announced that its Palm Centro smartphone is now available unlocked for the US customers.

The unlocked GSM version of Centro is available on Sprint, AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Palm also announced that Google Maps for mobile with My Location on Centro is available for Centro.

The unlocked Palm Centro retains the smartphone’s compact design and is available in white color with grey accents.
