Orange, a brand of telecommunications operator France Telecom, has unveiled an update to its Personal Line service for business customers, to allow them combine two lines with separate numbers on the same phone.
The company claims that with Personal Line businesses can offer a handset as a perk to employees, while being able to automatically split out monthly billing for business and personal calls, and enable them to make and send both personal and business calls and texts using a single device.
Orange will send individuals and businesses bills specific to them that are easy to understand, and take away the pain of having to manually deduct any personal calls from a business bill.
Employees are able to benefit from call, text and data rates for the personal element of the plan, and also have a ‘free’ phone for their personal use; therefore they don’t have to invest in or carry around a separate personal device.
Customers who sign up to Personal Line now have three plans available to cater for individual phone use preferences and the option to tailor the plan by adding a flexible benefit, giving the choice of either text or data inclusive extras.
