MyTrybe.com has launched a social network that reportedly connects users to their most like-minded people. The company claims that users can interact with their most behaviorally similar people – their ‘Trybe’ – like they do with friends and colleagues on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networks.

MyTrybe’s interface reportedly highlights a real-time news feed from a user’s Trybe. Users can post thoughts, ask questions, share ideas and links as they do with people they know on Facebook and Twitter – but with their most like-minded people, said company. According to the company, its platform also discovers and connects behaviorally similar people in real time.

The company claimed that when Twitter, Facebook and other networks can encourage mass follows, MyTrybe vets only the most behaviorally similar people to each user, allowing them to build a meaningful social network.

MyTrybe builds Trybes by processing ratings, quizzes, and other user behaviour with its behavioural targeting engine. It reportedly refines each user’s network in real-time and keeps them connected to its activity. The company said users can build Trybes in areas like style, humor, politics, and more. Users can also check their compatibility between themselves and any other user by visiting their profile page.

Daniel Gluck, CEO of MyTrybe.com, said: Everyone naturally gravitates to people who share personal values. They can be hard to find and become friends, colleagues, lovers, and sources of valued information. MyTrybe facilitates the connecting and communication between you and your most like-minded people.

He further added: People are excited to build social connections to others who share personal values and behaviour. It’s like going to a friend’s party or social event where you may know few personally but do know they share your sensibilities. MyTrybe enables users to connect to their personal psychographic of users and interact with them as they do with known friends and colleagues.
