MYCOM has entered into partnership with IPTEGO to add set of customer experience management (CEM) offerings for SIP-based services assurance across next generation networks (NGN), IMS and Pre-IMS.
Through this initiative IPTEGO integrates its SIP mediation platform, PALLADION with MYCOM’s NIMS-PrOptima service assurance platform that allows to create real-time monitoring, troubleshooting and optimisation offerings for SIP-based service.
The company said that MYCOM VoIP service assurance offerings gives providers the ability to manage and report on business-critical SLAs and subscribers’ usage more easily while improving the efficiency of the problem resolution process.
