Move Networks, a provider of internet television services, has expanded its international presence through a partnership with SevenOne Intermedia, the multimedia company of ProSiebenSat.1.

As a result of this agreement, German broadcaster will adopt the Move Networks internet television platform for online video content management and publishing across its web portal, according to Move Networks.

Move Networks said that SevenOne Intermedia partnered with the company to stream its TV lineup as well as to deliver additional web-specific content in an intuitive TV-like interface that makes it easy for viewers to search and navigate shows.

Move Networks also said that its adaptive streaming provides a skip-free high-definition television-like viewing experience that does not interrupt with buffering and poor audio or video quality. Additionally, Move Networks remains the only provider of internet television services capable of delivering high-definition internet television to any internet connected device, from Netbooks and laptops to mobile, set-tops and gaming consoles.

John Edwards, chairman of the board at Move Networks, said: Germany is one example of a country at the forefront of the broadband video explosion. SevenOne Intermedia is transforming internet television in that country by streaming all of their programming in a high quality experience via Move Networks. By working with SevenOne Intermedia, Move Networks is expanding our international footprint and making internet television a high quality experience around the world.
