DigitalRoute, a provider of mediation to telecom network and service providers, has said that KT, a South Korea based landline operator and mobile service provider, has selected its MediationZone for its ongoing Business and Information System Transformation (BIT) project.
The BIT project is specially designed to reform all of KT’s IT platforms (except networks) including management information, sales, facilities, and services.
KT aims to upgrade its business support platforms, and work processes by replacing its existing mediation systems with MediationZone of DigitalRoute.
KT biz and IT transformation vice president Jae Lee said MediationZone is a fundamental component of the transformed Billing and Revenue management processes at their company and will serve as a central point of integration between the network and the business support systems.
"MediationZone will also provide functions that facilitate the migration of data from the existing environment," Lee said.
