Juniper Networks has reported revenues of $1.14bn for Q4 2012, up 2%, when compared to $1.12bn it reported during the corresponding quarter in 2011.
The quarter results include $11m, or $0.02 per diluted share, in pre-tax restructuring-related charges.
Net income fell slightly to $95.7m, compared to $96.2m, in the same quarter in 2011.
Operating income decreased to $130.9m for the quarter, compared to $133.2m for the same period last year.
Juniper acquired US-based software networking firm, Contrail Systems. for $176m during the fourth quarter.
For the full year of 2012, the company’s revenue decreased 2% to $4.36bn, compared to $4.48bn for the same period in the corresponding year.
Juniper Networks chief financial officer Robyn Denholm said: "We have largely completed our announced workforce actions and are well underway with our facility and supply chain efforts to reduce our cost structure."
"These efforts are designed to sharpen our focus, drive efficiencies throughout the company and enable agility in execution," Denholm said.
Juniper expects revenue to be in the range of $1.05bn to $1.07bn for Q1 2013.
