MDCL-Frontline Becomes Main Service Delivery Arm for BT in China Investment by iSoftStone further strengthens the company
BT welcomed iSoftStone, a China-based IT services provider, as a shareholder in MDCL-Frontline, BT’s main arm for the provision of IT infrastructure services to its multinational customers in China.

BT will continue to be the largest shareholder of MDCL-Frontline with a 47.5% holding.

With this investment, iSoftStone and MDCL-Frontline hope to leverage each other’s strengths and collaborate on strategic initiatives like smart city, healthcare, internet of things, and cloud computing.

BT Asia Pacific president Kevin Taylor said that MDCL-Frontline’s outstanding skills in IT infrastructure and system integration as well as its local engineering force give BT a truly differentiated service delivery capability in the China market. He felt, "iSoftStone’s involvement will further accelerate MDCL-Frontline’s growth through iSoftStone’s rich professional service capabilities across many industry sectors. This will enhance BT’s position as a strong leader, offering value-added IT service to our MNC customers expanding their footprints in China."
