Interact Intranet has introduced a new deal for SharePoint users who are unhappy with their existing intranet functionality.
The SharePoint Promise, which is available until the end of 2013, is supposed to provide an alternative for users that could better meet the fast changing environment of a business.
The promise includes a 25% rebate on existing CAL licenses and removal of all content over from SharePoint at no additional charge.
Interact Intranet, whose customers include Cross Country Trains, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatrics Aids Foundation and NSL Services Group, said if users don’t like Interact Intranet then all license costs will be refunded.
The release comes as organisations worldwide start to look at whether upgrading to SharePoint 2013 or 2010 is a sensible investment, with Gartner reporting a decline in the overall level of user satisfaction in SharePoint
Another 40% of users have also reported growing frustration with SharePoint during 2012.
