Car manufacturer Daimler AG has entered into a multi-year agreement with Infosys that will see the consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions specialist manage its infrastructure services and data centres.
Infosys will also provide e-collaboration and middleware services, as well as overseeing Daimler AG’s database operations.
This collaboration is said to lay the foundation for optimising data centre operations using secure cloud technologies. The service will be delivered out of Daimler’s Enterprise Operations Office in Bangalore, India
