IneoQuest Technologies, a supplier of quality, service and revenue assurance services, has announced IQDialogue IPTV Mediaroom Edition, which ensures that service providers using the Microsoft Mediaroom IPTV and multimedia software platform can meet subscriber video quality expectations.
IQDialogue IPTV Mediaroom is the new addition to the IQDialogue family of services for IPTV/IP video service providers. The new IQDialogue server is a real-time, software-based monitoring probe that analyzes, monitors, and troubleshoots Microsoft Mediaroom-enabled networks, ensuring that subscriber quality expectations are met.
The software probe helps field technicians to pinpoint problems related to communication with Microsoft Mediaroom servers and clients. Features include assessment of D-server instant channel change, full internet group management protocol and dynamic host configuration protocol analysis.
