International Integrated Solutions (IIS), a provider of high performance IT offerings, has partnered with Violin Memory, a provider of scalable solid state storage appliances, to create high performance database offerings for the financial services industry.
IIS has joined the Violin Memory reseller program in 2010, to address the storage needs of high performance computing (HPC), real-time database and analytics environments.
International Integrated Solutions CEO John Iacone said architecting Violin Memory offerings into mission critical IT environments will allow their customers to deploy high performance storage for their business critical applications while reducing requirements for data centre space, power and cooling.
Violin Memory chief operating officer Dixon Doll Jr. said IIS brings innovation to advanced data centre design enabled by the flash Memory Array, redefining what is possible with true performance storage.
