HP has introduced a comprehensive service that simplifies the process of designing and building data centres by providing design, construction and project management from a single vendor.

The new Critical Facilities Implementation service (CFI) provides a single integrator that delivers all the elements of a data centre design-build project from start to finish.

HP Converged Infrastructure strategy provides end-to-end critical facilities expertise; customised planning that delivers clients with a customised data centre implementation plan, which is scalable and flexible to accommodate their existing and future data centre needs.

The new CFI is available through the company’s Critical Facilities Services.

HP critical facilities services worldwide director Rick Einhorn said that Critical Facilities Implementation service converges technology with strategic facilities planning to cover all aspects of client needs, whether they are updating an existing data centre or building from the ground up.

"Globally, clients rely on HP’s strategic facilities insight and experience, this includes mature geographies and major growth markets like China and India, where we are currently providing these CFI services for large-scale data centres," Einhorn said.
