The US General Services Administration (GSA) made the award to Qwest Government Services in Arlington, Virginia, under its Networx Universal contract, which is part of GSA’s Networx program.

With an expected value of approximately $31 million, Qwest will provide to GSA a variety of voice services, including switched and long distance and toll free services, over the next 10 years.

Last week, The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has selected Qwest Communications to provide a range of voice and data services for connecting the agency’s centers and facilities across the country including the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama, the Johnson Space Center in Texas and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California. 

With an expected value of approximately $18 million, the award was made to Qwest Government Services in Arlington, Va., under its Networx Universal contract, which is part of the U.S. General Services Administration’s Networx program. The term of the contract award is 9 years.
