Evolution Gaming is to use CA Technologies’ CA Application Performance Management (CA APM) solution in efforts to improve its quality of service for online gamers.
Evolution Gaming, which provides video-streamed live casino solutions to online operators like William Hill, 888 and Lottomatica, said the solution will enable users to monitor and analyse transactions. This should improve the identification and resolution of problems.
The solution’s transaction performance management capabilities are also expected to help users to prioritise and resolve problem.
