Concept Finanzas and Calculo y Tratamiento de la Informacion, members of the international Diagram Group, have merged to form Diagram-CTI. Concept Finanzas appeared in Spain in 1989 as a subsidiary of Systemes Concept pour la Banque et la Finance. It offers financial software products and programs. Recently, it took over R+D Informatica. Calculo y Tratamiento specialises in computing services for the financial sector, offering dBase and network management and data centre services. The merger aims to give Diagram’s clients value-added service and to streamline the Spanish end: its former four-division structure has now been reduced to a single consortium, which is to be directed by Federic Anselin, who is Diagram’s director for Southern Europe.
