CTI Group has signed a partnership agreement with Convergys to integrate its advanced A7 analytics technology into the Convergys’ Smart Enterprise Solution.
CTI Group said that the partnership will enable Convergys to offer telecommunications operators serving enterprise clients efficient analytics as part of the latter’s Smart Enterprise Billing.
The Convergys offering, paired with A7 analytics, can help operators reduce enterprise client churn by providing trend analysis, call tagging, real-time reporting, and alerts to spikes in usage.
The company said that A7 analytics offers a scalable offering that provides communications and IT managers with a drill-down platform that is available from their desktop.
In addition, A7’s range of analytical reports provides organisations with greater understanding of their voice, data and video usage and spend, allowing them to control and manage their communications costs and staff resources.
CTI Group director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances Michael Lightfoot said that by integrating the company’s A7 offering, Convergys will be able to provide operators serving enterprise clients efficient analytical application with a tangible return on investment.
