Relationship management firm Convergys will implement a single convergent billing platform comprised of Rating and Billing Manager and Customer Service Manager for China-based telecommunications services provider G-Net Services Company.

Convergys BSS system will support G-Net’s web collaboration and conference business processes and business collaboration application systems, the company said.

Convergys notes its system will enable G-Net to maintain and grow its enterprise telecommunications business and expects to complete the implementation in the fourth quarter of this year.

The company also said that the smart revenue solutions will also enable G-Net launch new data, video, audio, and convergent teleconference services without disruption.

Convergys Asia Pacific vice president and general manager Raj Thangiah said Convergys fully supports G-Net’s customer-oriented approach and their Smart Revenue Solutions will help G-Net drive an enhanced client experience, while also providing the built-in flexibility to launch new and innovative services without disruption.
