Computer Sciences Corp has a letter of intent to take over data processing for 136 stores owned by Storehouse Plc’s British Home Stores: the agreement will cover both the BhS Data Centre in Luton, comprising computer operations and systems development, and the communications network linking its head office, a distribution center based in Atherstone and over 2,000 point-of-sale terminals in the stores; no terms.
