CSC has launched global videoconferencing services as part of its suite of unified communications and collaboration (UCC) offerings.
CSC said that it will provide customers access to global video conferencing services enabled within its suite of UCC services through a variety of flexible delivery models. Standard video services include an interactive web reservation portal for global video calls via phone, e-mail and fax. The portal includes calendar interface with Outlook and Lotus Notes.
Other standard features include video end-point management, pre-conference certification and testing, concierge style meeting support, high-definition multi-point bridging services, telepresence, desktop and room-based devices, gateway and hybrid services (ISDN/IP) and enterprise video network consulting, the company said.
In addition, CSC also provides video service options that include video end-point hardware leasing, hardware maintenance programs, IP video network and supply management, menu of ancillary video conference services such as recording and streaming features and AV integration services.
