Adobe Systems Inc, Mountain View reports that the US Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the judgement for Adobe in the patent infringement lawsuit brought against it in May 1989 by Information International Inc: the lawsuit accused Adobe of infringing a patent for character generator hardware in its PostScript, Display PostScript and Adobe Type Manager software products.
