Cloud-based help desk software provider Zendesk has partnered with Microsoft for two way integration with company’s Dynamics CRM that allows customer service agents to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer data from Zendesk and vice versa.

The two-way integration includes a new functionality that gives organisations an accurate view of their customers, from sales to support, from within a single system.

Organisations can now choose their preferred platform as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Zendesk customer views are available via both platforms.

Zendesk for Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps sales and support organisations teams work together to develop sales leads, convert the leads into customers and maintain good customer relationships.

The cloud-based help desk software provider said it works with online versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
