Vitria Technology has introduced its new operational intelligence platform M3O Suite v3.1, which incorporates Complex Event Processing (CEP), Business Process Management (BPM), and visualisation to provide an event-driven BPM offering.
The company said that its M3O Suite v3.1 facilitates companies to track the ‘hidden’ processes that are not explicitly managed by a BPM suite or by a single application.
The offering can be deployed on premise or in the Cloud.
Vitria Technology said that M3O allows companies to model, monitor, track and analyse hidden processes in real-time; detect anomalies and exceptions as they occur; and act at the right time to correct exceptions before the entire business process is jeopardised.
Vitria Technology chief technology officer and co-founder Dale Skeen said that with M3O companies can measure, govern and detect process exceptions earlier.
