Verizon Wireless has released dynamic mobile network routing to enhance the ability of enterprise customers to integrate their wireline and wireless networks, as part of its portfolio of wireless offerings available to enterprise customers from the newly formed Global Enterprise and Government Sales Team.
Verizon said that its global team will provide enterprise and government customers with wireless offerings that include machine-to-machine offerings and cloud computing.
The new offering is designed to communicate on a company’s private network with any device connected to an evolution-data optimised (EV-DO) wireless wide area network router, including PCs, notebooks and ATM’s. It will also give enterprises the ability to extend their wide area network, the company said.
Mike Lanman, president of global team at Verizon Wireless said: Enterprise customers will find the newly formed organisation will bring a number of industry-specific wireless solutions to the table when they meet with customers.
