Capgemini is looking to help Communication Service Providers become more agile by digitising their customer experience.

The solution is offered in collaboration with Oracle and in addition to aiding agility, is designed to help CSPs to remain competitive.

Organisations will be able to develop and manage brand experience for customers with the deployment of the Oracle Communications Rapid Offer Design and Delivery Solution.

This uses Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service together with pre-built integrations to customer facing Software-as-a-Service components. The goal of this is to allow the quick deployment of offers to customers, in order to increase customer satisfaction and engagement.

On offer is a suite of end-to-end business support solutions that can be deployed on-premise, in the cloud or in a hybrid model.

It combines integrated IP-based digital assets from Campgemini and Oracle in order to provide a scalable and predictable managed service for CSPs.
