Data protection software vendor StorageCraft Technology and Intel have partnered to offer a Backup & Recovery (BDR) appliance, which operates on the Intel Hybrid Cloud platform.
Managed service providers (MSPs) are offered a business continuity, recovery and backup application designed for SMBs with the BDR appliance that fits into an Intel Hybrid Cloud environment.
The new appliance, powered by StorageCraft, is available with the Intel AppUp Small Business Service.
It can make backups of the hosted system, without the presence of a hardware.
StorageCraft Marketing and Business Development vice-president Curt James said delivering a cost-effective application that protects customers from any type of disaster is a profit building opportunity for MSPs.
