Salesforce has unveiled its Employee Success Platform, with the aim of creating personalised experiences and data insights for managing and retaining staff.
This technology comes in response to a higher expectation from employees for engagement, convenience and instant access to information.
Alex Dayon, president of products, Salesforce, said: "Companies are creating game-changing customer engagement by reimagining what’s possible through the power of cloud, social, mobile and data science technologies."
"With Salesforce, they can bring the same transformation to their own employees. Salesforce for HR will uniquely enable them to connect with their employees like never before."
The platform is built upon cloud, social, mobile and data science technologies which is designed to complement existing HCM and HRMS implementations.
Salesforce hopes that the use of analytics will help to create employee communities as well as deliver more personalised experiences to employees.
Also included are engagement apps to help employees to be success and more productive through activities such as training.
Marc Solow, Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of Deloitte’s HR shared services consulting practice, said: "Our clients are seeking technologies to help provide a better user experience associated with HR services delivery."
"Deloitte’s Fullforce Solution c*Link offering, that is based on Salesforce, is transforming how our clients are addressing the future of cloud-based HR services delivery."
