Business software and services firm Sage has launched Sage CRM Cloud in UK to strengthen its portfolio of online business applications.

Sage CRM Cloud is built upon RackConnect, Rackspace’s new hybrid hosting technology and the new application delivers the reach, flexibility and time-to-value of traditional Software as a Service (SaaS).

The new application will initially be available in two versions, Professional and a new Essentials edition, which leverage Rackspace’s cloud resource.
The versions will enable small and mid-size companies to get started with a CRM package.

The Sage CRM application includes pure play SaaS with SagePay and Sage One, mobile services such as Sage 200 with RIM and its managed services Sage 50 online and Sage SalesLogix Cloud.

The new release includes a full-featured CRM which includes contact management, multi-channel campaign management, mobile access to business analytics and reporting and customisation capabilities.

Sage CRM Cloud enables organisations to have full control over the data users can access and is accessible on iPhone and Android smart phones integrating with MS Outlook.
