British software firm Sage will launch two new accounting solutions, Sage Live and Sage 200, which will enable small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to effectively manage their business and growth, similar to large organisations.
The software solutions will allow SMBs to access comprehensive, real-time accounting information, which can be handy for making future decisions.
Average SMBs have around four to eight software systems running at the same time. Separate data banks in systems and siloes turn assessment of business health difficult for them.
Sage UK and Ireland managing director Lee Perkins said: "If you can’t form an instant understanding of your business accounts and other financial information, you’re clearly at a distinct disadvantage compared to competitors who do have that data.
"In the past, it’s only been the big enterprises who could afford the complex software and infrastructure to deliver this cross-corporation, real-time insight."
Sage Live has been developed in partnership with Salesforce and incorporated into the Salesforce1 cloud platform.
The tool can offer users instant access to the accounting data through a single interface.
Sage 200 Standard Online is a straightforward online accounting system which can help businesses to have additional control, scalability and support for managing complexity and growth.
This software compliments Sage Live, and is offered as a direct subscription from Sage.
Both solutions enable connection with multiple apps, thus allowing access to entrepreneurs for all information necessary to plan for expansion.
