Noble Systems, a provider of contact centre technology offerings, has opened a new multi-purpose contact centre facility in Manila, Philippines.

Located in the heart of the Ortigas Business District, the new location can accommodate up to 80 full-time team members to support Noble’s regional and global partners.

According to Noble Systems, the new office utilises Noble Siphony, a cloud-based contact routing platform that enables collaboration with any type of agent, either local or remote, using any type of telephony connectivity to create a flexible platform without boundaries, and also features the latest in Noble software and support functionality.

Paul Luketich, managing director of Noble Systems Australia, said: The relocation is a direct result of Noble’s worldwide growth through new customers and acquisitions. Over the past year alone, our global support customer base has increased by more than 80%.

“Noble’s team in Manila plays a key role in support operations and the new office will enhance their ability to keep our customers running at maximum efficiency.
