Oracle has announced a new range of AI apps to improve experiences across all stages in the customer life cycle in real time.
These Adapt Intelligence Apps for CX, will be used to improve the performance of commerce, marketing, sales and service professionals by utilising first and third party data to provide up to date accurate insights.
Currently there is a big push to bring AI to the customer experience, as being able to more accurately predict both consumer and B2B buying habits will help deliver a better customer experience and potentially maximise profits. Last week Fujitsu and Sepcsavers also announced that they would be partnering in order to bring end-to-end intelligent systems to the retail space.
Clive Swan, SVP Applications Development, Oracle Adaptive Intelligence, said: “Oracle is uniquely placed to deliver on the promise of artificial intelligence based enterprise applications and is delivering on the future of AI driven business applications today.”
“By combining first and third party data with advanced machine learning and the industry’s most comprehensive cloud applications suite, Oracle provides a complete package that helps eliminate the need for more integrations or other costly and time-consuming processes. This enables our customers to achieve immediate value and take a smarter approach to business transformation.”
These new AI apps will draw on insights from the Oracle Data Cloud, utilising its 5 billion ID’s and more than 7.5 trillion data points, to help predict or react to customer preferences.
Oracle states that Commerce professionals will be able to deliver targeted and relevant content and products to customers, marketing professionals will be able to personalise potential customer engagements, Customer Service Professionals will be able to reduce the time it takes to resolve a problem, and Sales Professionals will be able to optimise the sales process with the help of AI assistance.
The Adaptive Intelligence Apps will all be a part of the Oracle CX Cloud Suite.
