NetSuite, a provider of cloud-based enterprise resource planning, has unveiled OpenAir, a new professional services automation (PSA) and services resource planning (SRP) software for the UK and European markets.

According to NetSuite, the new offering is designed to help global professional services organisations automate and manage key aspects of their business. The application suite provides comprehensive support for multiple languages, currencies, taxation rules and employee work guidelines.

OpenAir addresses the needs of international mid-size and enterprise-class services organisations that need local, in-country control over key business processes, functions and workflows, as well as real-time global visibility across their entire business.

The new tool include multi-currency and tax support; localisation for the European market; real-time visibility; metrics-driven management; and integration and extensibility.
