NetSuite, a provider of cloud-based financials/ERP software suites, has entered into a strategic partnership with Liberate I.T., an IT services provider in New Zealand businesses.

NetSuite said this partnership enables Liberate I.T. to extend cloud presence in New Zealand by offering its cloud-based business management software suites to businesses of Leberate’s target size of 10-300 users.

Under the agreement, Liberate I.T. can provide implementation and support services leveraging its domain knowledge in IT, as well as best practices serving businesses spanning verticals such as wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, and professional services.

Liberate I.T. director Nick Mulcahy said they quickly realised that the depth of NetSuite’s solution combined with its development platform, configurability, and industry-specific functionality was clearly complementary to their technology practice.

NetSuite managing director for APAC Mark Troselj said, "Liberate I.T. consultants, using NetSuite, can work collaboratively with clients to create new business opportunities rather than being buried under the weight of traditional I.T. "
