UK based business and technology service firm Logica has formed an alliance with Salesforce.com to meet clients’ demands seeking to transform into social enterprises through social, mobile and open cloud technologies.
Logica will be able to deliver customised services based on salesforce.com’s technologies under the alliance, which complements Logica’s existing Applied Customer Insight and Business Transformation offerings.
The UK based company is intending to provide clients with a 360 degree view of their customers, enabling clients to accelerate growth and increase the value their service delivery to customers.
Logica Business Consulting president Amanda Mesler said the partnership enables clients to offer a personalised customer experience across all touch points, driving revenues, customer satisfaction and brand differentiation.
"Our alliance with salesforce.com builds on our already successful international consulting practice," Mesler said.
