IT Systems Management software provider Kaseya has introduced a new entry-level cloud-based IT systems management application which provides an administrator-based self-serve option.
The new application allows IT professionals to enhance their break-fix processes with basic IT automation functionality at an affordable administrator-based price.
Kaseya’s new entry-level cloud-based IT systems management application complements existing Essentials and Advanced cloud-based product bundles.
In addition, the company has unveiled a new online self-serve option.
The new application is called the Foundation bundle, a SaaS application that gives IT administrators access to Kaseya platform with pre-configured content and policies. It also provides options to add on antivirus and data backup modules.
Foundation offers per administrator pricing, unlimited seats and includes Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and Blackberry device support, remote control, audit and inventory, alerting, reports and dashboards, Windows Patch updates, as well as standard policies.
The Essentials application will cater to the managed service provider and IT professional that needs a robust IT systems management platform that delivers additional automation options including the ability to create custom policies and schedules with optional add-on modules.

The Advanced application is designed for the experienced IT professional and managed service provider who require advanced automation, compliance, monitoring as well as ITIL Service Desk templates.
