IT services provider HCL Technologies (HCL) has integrated Nimsoft Monitor into HCL MyCloud Watch, a hybrid cloud monitoring application that provides cost-effective, unified monitoring of client infrastructure and services.
HCL MyCloud Watch is built on the HCL Management Tools as a Service (MTaaS) delivery platform and leverages Nimsoft Monitor, its multi-tenant architecture to optimise visibility into complex computing environments, while reducing operational costs.
Nimsoft Monitor is a component of Nimsoft Unified Manager, a multi-tenant IT Management-as-a-Service application that combines infrastructure monitoring and ITIL-based service management capabilities in a single application.
The IT services firm has selected Nimsoft Monitor for its advanced monitoring capabilities, as well as its lightweight monitoring stack, said Nimsoft.
