Cloud contact centre provider Global Speech Networks (GSN) has partnered with SAP to add SAP Business Communications Management (BCM) to its portfolio.

SAP BCM provides a bundled, multichannel contact centre suite replacing traditional communications systems hardware with a software-based IP telephony application.

The new software-based IP telephony application will help companies to improve the efficiency and performance of their contact centre operations.

GSN said it will now offer SAP BCM in the cloud to companies throughout Australia and New Zealand.
