Dell has collaborated with Pardot to deliver a marketing automation software as service to help businesses execute cost effective demand generation programmes that can are quick to track and measure.

Pardot offers a software-as-a-service marketing automation suite for marketing and sales departments to create, deploy, and manage online campaigns.

The new software will strengthen Dell’s portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that help small and mid-size organisations manage and grow their businesses.

Dell Cloud Business Software vice president and general manager Paulette Altmaier said Pardot has developed and delivered a marketing automation application to help small and mid-size businesses grow revenue while reducing costs.

"Adding Pardot to the Dell Cloud Business Applications family of trusted SaaS applications helps our customers execute cost-effective, measurable marketing programs and campaigns," Altmaier said.

The new software comes with productised services that strengthens marketing organisations and also includes services for setting up email campaigns, developing web site forms, and integrating Google AdWords and CRM systems.

Dell’s marketing automation software enables marketing professionals to identify and generate more qualified sales prospects, convert more sales leads into paying customers and demonstrate the revenue return from marketing investments.

The new release reinforces Dell’s strategy to help organisations use cloud-based applications and services to transform their business, accelerate growth, empower their workforce and invest in innovation, the company said.
