CSS Corp, a technology solutions provider, said that it has acquired Glow Networks, a telecommunications services and engineering company providing end-to-end network services, and the remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of InteQ.
CSS said that it will add telecommunication and IT convergence services to its offerings through the acquisition of Glow Networks, while it will add 30 customers and partners with the acquisition of remote infrastructure management services (RIMS) business unit of Boston based InteQ.
The company said that the acquisition of Glow Networks will enable it to provide telecom companies with design, deployment, operations and field services of 2G, 4G, LTE, Packet and Optical networks; design, deployment and field services for network equipment vendors; and network analytics to help service providers optimise capex / opex spend; and unified communication services design, operations and support for enterprises and service providers.
In addition, CSS will also offer services including, RIMS service delivery platform to monitor and manage servers, networks, storage, wireless infrastructure, IP telephony, databases and application infrastructure; private labeled RIMS offerings for managed services providers and partners; RIMS for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud and on-demand application solution providers; and RIMS platform to monitor and manage public, private and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
